LifeBank Foundation provides social services to fulfill its vision in breaking the chains of poverty
One of the focus areas of the Social and Sustainable Development Program(SSDP) is the Health and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. LifeBank Foundation has been providing financial and social services to fulfill its vision of breaking the chains of poverty. Last November 22, 2021, LifeBank Foundation Inc. as represented by Dra. Charrie Perlas, President of LifeBank Rural Bank and Ms. Mikka Ella Perlas, Communications Consultant of LifeBank Foundation officially turned over one (1) unit Emergency Transport Vehicle (Ambulance) to the Local Government Unit of Maasin as represented by Mayor Francis Amboy.
The event was followed by the blessing rite of the said vehicle performed by the assistant parish priest of Maasin, Fr. Joseph Mikhail Casidsid.
This project aims to be at the forefront of providing the transport service from LGU Maasin during times of crisis and taking the rapid and significant steps to manage the extreme demand for the emergency service.
The Emergency Transport Vehicle (Ambulance) is a great help in providing quality healthcare services to the people of Maasin and the nearby municipalities. The LGU Maasin is now more capable of assisting people in times of emergency.
