OTON, ILOILO — LifeBank Foundation Central Office successfully held its annual Summer Social with the theme “Waves of Fun, Team as One” on May 17, 2025, at Kirra Beach Resort, Brgy. Trapiche, Oton, Iloilo. The event aimed to strengthen camaraderie and celebrate the vibrant spirit of the organization.
The day was filled with fun memories and recognition of teamwork among LBF employees, guests, and members of the Board of Trustees.
The event officially commenced with an opening prayer and warm opening remarks from Roberto Mediana Jr., Officer-in-Charge of LBF, who welcomed everyone to the activity.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome you all! Let’s make this event more meaningful because this is not only a celebration of summer but also a season of shared commitment and partnership,” said Mr. Mediana.
Amidst the scorching heat, the program also featured a thrilling “Amazing Race” facilitated by the HD Department. Competing teams—Blue, Red, Yellow, and Orange—showcased their spirit of competitiveness and teamwork, with winners and runners-up being awarded various prizes.
After the challenging games, participants took a well-deserved break, enjoying the fresh air and taking photos with the picturesque scenery of the resort. The day wouldn’t have been complete without a delicious lunch, where everyone feasted on the crisps of Lechon Baboy and other appetizing dishes.
The winners of the Amazing Race were then announced; the Red Team took the first spot, followed by the Yellow Team in second, the Blue Team in third, and the Orange Team in last. Prizes included lunch bags, aroma scents, mugs, and more.
As the sun set, the day wrapped up with a closing remark. The event wasn’t just a normal day at the beach—it was full of exciting moments, opportunities to reconnect, and created unforgettable memories for the entire LBF organization.
