Life gives us many chances to visit different places and meet different people. If we’re turned down for one opportunity, we shouldn’t lose hope. Perhaps we missed it because it wasn’t meant for us, and we’re being prepared for something better, something bigger.

They were the first batch to apply and she passed the requirements for the position of Account Officer until such time that she became a Branch Manager and fortunately an Area Manager.
According to her, as a District Manager, one must master the overall flow and process of the workload. In her role, she became a leader who guides, inspires and encourages staff to pursue the shared goal. She shares that LifeBank doesn’t just treat her like a mere staff member sitting all day but teaches her the value of responsibility and commitment in managing a district. It doesn’t just provide her with a salary but also offers an opportunity for personal development. It taught her accountability to take good care of the trust they had given.
‘’ I take pride in being an employee of LifeBank because I know within myself that I can provide the needs of my parents, children and more importantly my significant achievement. Through my work at LBF, I have witnessed the beauty of the Philippines by traveling to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao as part of the field tour. It feels fulfilling to help many people through LifeBank’s program, and rendering help is not limited to the members but extends to their children and as well as to the community . Through scholarship programs and Medical Mission services, individuals will no longer worry about medical needs and financial strains of availing medical services. With LBF financial assistance (loan products) members are able to establish their own business and uplift their family living conditions’’, she said.
Her message to her fellow LifeBankers staff and those aspiring to join them is rooted in perseverance and dedication. She emphasizes that the job is not always easy; challenges will undoubtedly arise. However, her philosophy revolves around facing these challenges with commitment. She believes that the quality of the outcome is directly influenced by the passion and effort invested in the work. In her view, true success stems from aligning one’s heart with the task at hand, ensuring that every effort contributes meaningfully to the overall goal. This perspective resonates strongly within LifeBank’s community, where dedication to its mission and service is priority. It serves as a reminder to all, whether current employees or aspiring newcomers, that their contributions matter and that the impact of their work is amplified when driven by genuine passion and dedication.
