“For the past two years, LifeBank Foundation hasn’t conducted its Annual Summer Social due to the pandemic. This 2022, the Management Committee decided to find time to conduct this year’s Summer Social in a small and simple celebration”, said Dr. Vicente P. Perlas, LifeBank Foundation President in his welcome message.
A successful organization operates best when its employees have good relationships with each other. In this activity, there were games and socials with a Disc-jockey for the staff and personnel which aimed to foster camaraderie and improve interpersonal relationships among employees from different departments.
